Once your booking has been successfully completed, we will send you a confirmation email to the email address you provided during the booking process. You should receive an automated confirmation within 5 minutes of completing your booking. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 10 minutes, we recommend checking your junk email folder (spam), as the email may have ended up there. If it is not found there, you can access the "Reservation" tab to retrieve your confirmation email.

We apologize, but after you have made a booking, it is not possible to change it. If you need to make changes to your reservation, we recommend canceling the original booking and making a new one. Cancellation of your booking is possible up to 24 hours prior to your arrival. To do so, please go to the Reservation tab and enter the email address and booking number associated with your reservation. Then click on the "Check Reservation" button. Once you have completed the cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the cancellation. Afterward, you can make a new reservation with Park Compass.

You have the option to cancel your reservation at any time up to 24 hours before your arrival at the parking facility. To cancel your reservation, please follow these steps: 1. Go to the "Reservation" tab. 2. Enter the email address you used for the booking and the corresponding reservation number. 3. Click on the "Check Reservation" button. You will see an overview of your reservation. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Cancel Reservation". If the cancellation is successful, you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. If you paid for your reservation online, a full refund of the booking amount will be provided.

Most of our parking facilities are monitored 24/7 to ensure the security of your vehicle. Prior to your booking, you can find all the information about our partners' security measures on our website by clicking on the "i" symbol next to the name of each parking facility. However, please note that parking providers do not assume liability for any items lost or stolen from your vehicle. Therefore, we recommend removing and taking valuable items with you. If available, you can also utilize lockers to securely store your belongings.

If you need information on how to get to your booked parking facility, you can use the "Reservation" tab. Enter the relevant information and scroll to the lower right side of the page. There, you will find a button labeled "Calculate Route." By clicking on this button, you will receive a detailed route plan to help you find your parking facility easily.

The valet parking service allows you to drive your own vehicle directly to the airport. Upon your arrival, you will call the parking provider to confirm your arrival time at the airport and the exact meeting point. A representative of the parking provider will be waiting for you at the designated terminal meeting point. Together with the representative, a quick vehicle handover will take place. While your car is being parked, you can proceed with the check-in process. For your return, you typically inform the parking provider of your arrival while you collect your luggage. Your vehicle will be waiting for you outside the airport terminal, allowing you to drive home directly. To check the availability and prices of our car service partners on our website, you can filter your search by "parking type." Once you have successfully completed your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed parking instructions. You can print these instructions and bring them with you on the day of your arrival.
